Anne-Sophie11-12 Provincial Coach

Anne-Sophie started the sport of synchronized swimming at the age of 8 in her native Montreal. Very quickly she moved to the provincial level with Synchro Laval and started her love story with the sport. At the age of 11, she jumped to the national level and attended a sport school which allowed her and her teammates to maximize their training. At the age of 15, she moved to Montreal Synchro to swim with duet partner Marie-Pier Boudreau-Gagnon and for the next 3 years the team was national champion and won gold at international meets.  In 2001, she hung her bathing suit, nose plug and goggles and began her coaching career and to attend university. Over the years, she has coached many athletes from all levels and the 2016-2017 season will be her second at OSSC. When not at the pool, Anne-Sophie is either with her beautiful Rottweiler Bronx, running her dog walking business or dabbling with 2 or 3 other professional projects. She has her NCCP Competitive Development level and is a certified lifeguard.
