Competitive Programs

Our Competitive program focuses on developing a well-rounded athlete. All competitive teams train two to three times per week – twice during the week, and one weekend day.  Our 10 & Under and 12 & Under programs are ideally suited for those athletes who have come through our Recreational and/or Pre-Competitive programs and are eager to start competing at the Provincial level within Ontario. Flexibility, ballet, and speed swimming are all part of regular training, in addition to training fundamental artistic swimming skills, figure development and routine training.

All training and competition information will be posted in your TeamSnap calendars as we get the information. We ask that you look over the entire yearly calendar when you receive it so that you are informed. Families can expect to have Thanksgiving weekend off, but will have training on the Saturday of Family Day, Easter and Victoria Day weekends with Sunday and Monday OFF. Due to the proximity to competitions, we cannot give full holiday weekends off during competition season between January and May. Christmas Holidays is OFF (in line with TDSB) and so is March Break.

Our 2024/2025 season is FULL – however, if you have an inquiry, please email Amy Bush at headcoach@olympiumartswim.ca.  Please also email Amy, if you would like the handbook, fee document or to learn about the wait list process for this program.
