December Competitive Athlete of the Month is Julianna!

Our December Athlete of the Month for Competitive is Julianna!

Julianna is on our 12U Pink team, and it is her first year in our Competitive program.

Coach Cherry says that Julianna works very hard at every practice and it has paid off. When Juliana started,  she could barely put her hands on the ground in splits and now she’s almost flat in her left leg! Julianna has improved in every area of our sport by always coming to practice ready to give 100%. She also manages to do it all with a huge smile on her face.

Congrats, Julianna!

November Competitive Athlete of the Month is Lena!

Our Competitive November Athlete of the Month is Lena.

Lena is on our 13-15/Junior Competitive team.  Coaches Delaney and Diana say that Lena did an unbelievable job at learning the routine counts extremely fast and was able to help those around her without her coaches even having to ask her.  In addition, when athletes were asked to try the new counts in the water Lena would catch on very quickly and again would help those around her in the water. Coaches Diana and Delaney are very proud of her.
Lena is a great role model for her team!  Way to go!

November Pre-Competitive Athlete of the Month is Erika!

Our Athlete of the Month for November in Pre-Competitive is Erika!

Erika is on our 10U Pre-Competitive Red team. Erika has had an amazing start to the year. She always shows up to practice with a positive attitude and a will to improve! Coach Veronica says she motivates her teammates and continues to prove herself a great athlete at every practice.

November HP Athlete of the Month is Jojo!

Our Athlete of the Month for November in HP is Jojo!

Jojo is on our 13-15 HP team. All throughout the fall,  Jojo has demonstrated consistent effort in both in person and virtual training. This effort has paid off in noticeable improvements in many areas, especially in presentation and extension. Coach Lola says if you want to know what consistent hard work looks like, just watch Jojo train.

October HP Athlete of the Month is Arianna!

Our HP Athlete of the Month for October is Arianna!

Arianna has been working very hard this season, and is proving that hard work leads to great enjoyment of our sport and strong relations with her teammates and coaches! The HP coaches have also noticed an increase in technical skills such as height and presentation. Arianna is proving that COVID will not hold her back!

Congratulations Arianna – keep up the great work!!

Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the Month for October is Livia!

Livia is on our 12U Blue team. Coach Rachel says that Livia has had a great start to the year! She shows up to every practice excited and ready to work hard. Livia is always listening and has a great attitude towards everything she does at practice. She is always ready to learn new skills and tries to improve every practice.

Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for October is Melaniya!

Melaniya is on our 12U Purple team. Coach Ryleigh says that Melaniya’s dedication and hard work produced amazing results in the dry land competition in October, and the improvements have been amazing to see. In the water, Melaniya is focused, eager to learn, and she pushes herself to become a better athlete.

September Competitive Athlete of the Month is Andrea!!

Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for September is Andrea Calija.

Andrea is new to our Competitive program this season, after making the jump from Pre-Competitive. Coaches Diana and Delaney say that Andrea is extremely organized during in person and virtual practices. If there is ever a waiting period during the Virtual practice,  Andrea is always seen practicing her Early Bird testing skills!  Her coaches Diana and Delaney are very proud of her effort and progress!

September HP Athlete of the Month is Sophiya!!

Our HP Athlete of the Month for September is Sophiya Cashmore.

Sophiya has demonstrated a strong work ethic in September, and all of the HP coaches have seen a big improvement especially in her Dryland skills. Sophiya has also been an excellent team mate supporting her fellow HP athletes.

OAS Framework for Return to Artistic Swimming Activity in Ontario
