Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the Month for February is Reese!

Reese is on our 12U Blue team. Coach Rachel says Reese has shown a huge amount of commitment and perseverance during online practices. She constantly pushes herself and has been working hard during as well as outside of practice. Reese’s skills have improved so much due to this hard work as well as her mindset. She is always focused and brings a great attitude to practice.

Way to go, Reese!

Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for February is Tegan!

Tegan is on our 12U Purple team. Over the past month, Tegan has worked very hard towards the land routine for the Leslie Taylor meet. Coach Ryleigh says Tegan achieved her goals in splits, added her own creativity to her routine and even came up with fun ideas to add to the whole team’s choreography.

Tegan is always ready to come to practice with a big smile and lots of energy, and all of her hard work paid off at the competition. Great job Tegan!

Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the  Month for January is Sofia.

Sofia is a member of our 11-12 Green team. Coach Mei says that Sofia always shows up to practice with a positive attitude. Her dedication and effort at practice have helped her flexibility improve so much that she’s almost flat in all 3 splits!

Great job Sofia – keep up the great work!

Our December Athlete of the Month for HP is Francesca.

Francesca is on our Junior HP team. Francesca was selected to be a member of the “Ontarios Got Talent” training group, where she placed 1st in the skills testing competition and 2nd in the dry land routine meet. Her outstanding achievements and placings are a result of her CONSISTENT daily effort and commitment to her training and goals. She is willing to admit her weaknesses and put in the hard work to improve them. She is coachable, driven, and has remained very focused through this challenging season.

The HP coaches are so proud of her continued efforts to reflect and improve on her skills and habits (within and outside of the training environment). Congratulations Francesca. Keep up the great work!

Our December Athlete of the Month for Competitive is Julianna!

Julianna is on our 12U Pink team, and it is her first year in our Competitive program.

Coach Cherry says that Julianna works very hard at every practice and it has paid off. When Juliana started,  she could barely put her hands on the ground in splits and now she’s almost flat in her left leg! Julianna has improved in every area of our sport by always coming to practice ready to give 100%. She also manages to do it all with a huge smile on her face.
