OAS Framework for Return to Artistic Swimming Activity in Ontario

The Ontario Artistic Swimming Association has released its final framework for returning to the pool. The focus remains on the health and safety of all participants in our sport as we move forward in partnership with our membership. It rests with all of us to be vigilant and mindful in assessing the risks and adhering to appropriate health and safety protocols in order to minimize those risks and to keep each other safe from COVID-19. Registration open for 2020-21 Season!

Welcome to the 2020-2021 Season!!

Registration for Pre-Competitive, Competitive and High Performance are now open for the 2020-2021 Season.  Please click below to register for each of the programs.

Please note:

Registration will open on June 1st, 2020 for all current club members and close on June 20th, 2020.  Due to Covid-19, we are splitting the registration fee:
  • Pre-Competitive and Competitive – $150 (of the $275 fee) will be due at the time of registration, and the remainder will be billed via TeamSnap invoice once we are back to training in the fall,
  • High Performance – $250 (of the $450 fee) will be due at the time of registration, and the remainder will be billed via TeamSnap invoice once we are back to training in the fall.
New this year, there is an age parameter in place to ensure that athletes register in their correct category.   It is important that you give your athlete’s correct date of birth when starting the registration form.

November 15 “PA Day Camp”!!

This coming Friday November 15 is a TDSB PA Day.  Why not practice in the pool!!
OSSC is offering two camps:

 

Competitive athletes ($50) – opportunity to train from 8-11:30am with our HP teams. Any athlete that registers will be integrated into their age appropriate team for the morning!
Pre-Comp & Rec athletes ($70) – full day camp from 8am-4pm.  Athletes will be in the pool from 8-11:30am, lunch and land activities will be planned from 11:30am-4pm.  It’s a great opportunity to work on your synchro skills and stay active!

Calling all Boys & Girls!  Interested in attending a free try synchro event?  If you love to swim and are wanting to try new skills come join us for an hour fun in the pool!
Wednesday September 11th Etobicoke Olympium
6.30-7.30 for kids in grades 3-6.
Thursday September 19th Carleton Village 315 Osler Street, Toronto 
6-7pm for kids in SK- grade 2
7:30-8:30 kids in grades 3-5
Wednesday September 25th George Harvey Collegiate 1700 Keele Street, Toronto
6-7pm for kids in SK- grade 2
7:30-8:30 kids in grades 3-5
To Register email info@olympiumsynchro.com and include child’s name and year of birth.
Note: Must be comfortable swimming in deep end of the pool.
