Ella is on our 10U Red Novice Team. Coach Ev says Ella is a very hard working athlete. Throughout the year her skills have progressed in many ways. Ella’s body positions and routine skills have made major improvements. She always has a huge smile while performing her routine and gives it her all. Her hard work has payed off this year as she improved her figures from competition to competition. Way to go, Ella!
Hanna is on our 12U Provinical team. Over the course of the year, Hanna has worked diligently to improve her skills. At Age Groups in May, her commitment and efforts really paid off in the figure competition. Coach Anne-Sophie says Hanna listens well to feedback and works hard to implement corrections. Her focus during practice has also improved drastically over the past few months, allowing her to prepare better to compete with great results to show! Hanna also always brings her contagious happy attitude to the pool and she is a wonderful team player. Every practice, she strives to be better and it is wonderful to see her progress. Well done Hanna Banana! We are so proud of you!
Isabelle is on our 11-12 HP team. This is her first year in our HP program, and she currently in Surrey, B.C. at her first Espoir Championships! Coach Steph says Isabelle has shown tremendous work ethic throughout the month of May. She has stood out to many coaches as having excellent posture, sharpness, and extension. Her self-motivation and strong work ethic make her a worthy recipient of this monthly award. Go to go, Isabelle!

Sierra is a pleasure to coach, know and work with! Coaches Kerri and Lola can always count on her to be working hard at getting better and at making practice an enjoyable environment for all. Sierra is a great team mate – she is always willing to lend a helping hand and is never judgemental. Sierra’s quiet hard work and continual improvement does not go unnoticed by hear coaches and team mates! As usual, Sierra was plugging away leading up to the National Championships and her improvements up to and during the meet were incredible! Congrats on an amazing performance in Tech Team, Combo and Free Team – we are so proud of the effort that turned into amazing results!
Tegan is our our 10U Red Novice team. Coach Ev says Tegan is an extremely hard working athlete. This, and her great dedication has allowed her to improve immensely throughout this season. Tegan always has the biggest smile at practice and brings a positive attitude to the pool everyday. She has made huge progress on her basic positions, especially her bent knee! Best of luck at Novice Championships this coming weekend.
Marianna is on our Novice Pink team. Coach Hadas says she comes to every practice ready to learn and improve her skills. She is making great strides in her improving eggbeater. Marianna`s positive attitude and laser-sharp focus makes coaching her a pleasure.

Ryleigh is on our 15U Provincial team. Coach Lindsay says this past month, Ryleigh has really stepped up her leadership game. She comes to practice mentally and physically prepared to work hard and she consistently commits to pushing her limits. She leads by example and is always willing to support her teammates with encouraging words and helpful demonstrations. Congratulations Ryleigh, keep up the great work!
Sofia is on our 13-15 Wonder Woman Team. Sofia came to HP from our Novice program just 6 months ago. Sofia has proven herself to truly be WONDER WOMAN at heart! Not only did she compete in her first National Qualifiers and pull off her best figures to date, she also competed in both Team Prelims and Team Finals – including GOING OFF A LIFT! Sofia’s willingness to push herself and practice hard is paying off in every way possible. OSSC coaches believe that Sofia is truly a High Performer to her core.
