Our HP Athlete of the Month for November is Kaya H.
Kaya is a member of our 12U HP team. She has been working hard on her height and control over the past few months, and has made a huge improvements in her figures.
Kaya has also stepped into the role of flyer for both team and combo, and is doing an amazing job at rising to the challenge!
Keep up the great work Kaya!
Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for November is Alice.
Alice is a member of our 10U team. Coaches Cara and Diana are very impressed at how hard Alice has worked to learn their routine choreography and she has been a great leader for her teammates. Alice is also progressing very well overall in her strength and flexibility.
Coaches Cara and Diana love Alice’s positive attitude towards others and the goals she sets for herself!

Our HP Athlete of the Month for October is Chris
Chris is a member of our HP Youth team. Coach Lola has been coaching Chris for 3 years and has had the pleasure to see him go from being a boy to a young man and great leader. Chris is an inspiring role model not only for Olympium athletes, but also for all male artistic swimmers in the country!
Chris was a member of Team Ontario this summer, and competed at SYNC in Markham, Pan Am Championships in Florida and Youth World Championships in Athens, Greece where he placed 5th in solo and 6th in duet!
Chris continues to impress the HP coaches with his motivation and determination to improve. His positive energy is felt around the pool deck. Chris is also a very inclusive and supportive teammate and fun person to coach.
Well done Chris!
Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for October is Carina.
Carina is part of our 11-12 Provincial team. Carina gives 110% effort at every practice. Coaches Iryna and Diana’s say that Carina been a role model for her teammates during workouts and drills by exemplifying proper form and execution. Carina has been consistently working hard and doesn’t give up.
She has been a leader to her team when it comes to knowing the routine counts and listening.
Carina’s coaches are very proud of her progress this year so far!
Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the Month for October is Clementine.
Clementine is a member of our 10U Yellow team. Coach Nicole says Clementine is in her first year of artistic swimming and has already made BIG improvements. She is eager to learn, takes feedback well and has a positive attitude toward learning new things!
Way to go, Clementine!
Our HP Athlete of the month for September is Reese!
Reese is a member of our Junior team. The HP coaches are very impressed with Reese this past month. She has taken a proactive approach to creating a positive and welcoming HP environment. She is very engaged with athletes, coaches and the training program.
We are grateful to have Reese as an amazing leader and role model this year in HP!
Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for September is Sofia.
Sofia is a member of our Youth program. Sofia came into the season ready to train hard and be her best self each practice. She spent extra time learning the pre-set routine at home and blew the coaches away with her dedication and positive attitude!

Our April Athlete of the Month for Competitive is Lauren.
Lauren is a member of our 13-15 Pink team. Coaches Cherry and Lise say Lauren’s dedication, focus and determination this year has paid off in both her routine skills and figures. She has improved so much and she stands out.
We can’t wait to see how much more Lauren can improve in this last month of training.

Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the Month for April is Isabella.
Isabella is a member of the 10U Red Team. Isabella always has a great attitude, works hard, and listens well, both on land and in the water.
Coaches Angelica and Reese say that Isabella is very dedicated to the sport of Artistic Swimming and is continuously looking for ways to better herself as a swimmer. Isabella is always happy to assist her teammates with any demonstrations or counting challenges they may have.

Our HP Athlete of the Month for April is Sofia.
Sofia is a member of our 13-15 team. All of the HP coaches recognize her consistent effort and significant progress in both her strengths and areas needing improvement.
Sofia arrives early every day for practice, ready to work hard. She greets the coaches and begins her personal activation and warm up. She is very self-motivated and always encourages her teammates too!
We can’t wait for what the rest of the season brings to Sofia and her team!
