Our April Athlete of the Month for HP is Lauren S.

Lauren has a great work ethic and is engaged and working hard at every practice. This approach has paid off with huge improvements in her extension. The HP coaches have noticed Lauren making extra effort lately to stay positive during online training. Lauren’s team mates say she is a supportive team member who is fun and kind both inside and outside of practice, and makes an effort to socialize with others and participate in discussions.

March HP Athlete of the Month is Isabel!

Our HP Athlete of the Month for March is Isabel.

Isabel is on the 13-15 HP team. She has been very engaged during the virtual practices and always tries her best. The HP coaches say that Isabel is dedicated to personal improvement and has taken a big step up in her skills, especially her land routine elements. She is creative and is a great teammate!

March Competitive Athlete of the Month is Juliette!

Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for March is Juliette.

Juliette is a member of our 13-15/Junior Black Team. Coach Delaney says that Juliette continues to be a team leader and take initiative at practice. She assists the coaches by encouraging teammates to be on camera and be interactive. Juliette leads by example and exhibits positive behaviours at all practices.

Arpy is a member of our 10U Red team. Coach Veronica says that Arpy has been working very hard and always participates in her practices actively with a great attitude!

Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the Month for February is Reese!

Reese is on our 12U Blue team. Coach Rachel says Reese has shown a huge amount of commitment and perseverance during online practices. She constantly pushes herself and has been working hard during as well as outside of practice. Reese’s skills have improved so much due to this hard work as well as her mindset. She is always focused and brings a great attitude to practice.

The HP Athlete Of The Month for February is Ainsley!

Ainsley is part of our 13-15 HP team. Ainsley is a pleasure to work with, even in this challenging virtual situation. Her coaches Laura and Lola say Ainsley is a supportive teammate who always logs on to practice with a big smile and carries her positive attitude throughout. Ainsley has a great work ethic and is always willing to push herself to be better.

February Competitive Athlete of the Month is Tegan!

Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for February is Tegan!

Tegan is on our 12U Purple team. Over the past month, Tegan has worked very hard towards the land routine for the Leslie Taylor meet. Coach Ryleigh says Tegan achieved her goals in splits, added her own creativity to her routine and even came up with fun ideas to add to the whole team’s choreography.

Tegan is always ready to come to practice with a big smile and lots of energy, and all of her hard work paid off at the competition. Great job Tegan!

January Competitive Athlete of the Month is Catalina!

Our Competitive Athlete of the Month for January is Catalina.

Catalina is a member of our 13-15/Junior Competitive team. Coach Delaney says that Catalina was very well prepared for the Dryland routine well ahead of time. She took the initiative to make changes to her routine in advance and was consistent throughout practices and at the competition with her routine.

Our Pre-Competitive Athlete of the  Month for January is Sofia.

Sofia is a member of our 11-12 Green team. Coach Mei says that Sofia always shows up to practice with a positive attitude. Her dedication and effort at practice have helped her flexibility improve so much that she’s almost flat in all 3 splits!

Our HP Athlete of the Month for January is Genevieve.

Genevieve is a member of our 12U HP team.  Genevieve is a product of our Evening program and moved to HP this season.  She has built a reputation as a hard worker.  As a result, she has shown phenomenal improvement in her skills and in particular in her land routine!  Her coaches say she puts in consistent daily effort , is coachable and applies her corrections.
