Our HP Athlete of the Month for January is Amelia.
Amelia is a member of our Youth HP team. The HP coaches have been very impressed with Amelia’s focus and willingness to push herself. She is always excited to try new things, and get out of comfort zone.
Amelia has a strong work ethic and her consistent effort has led to improved skills. The HP coaches are also very impressed with Amelia’s strong mental game.

Our December HP Athlete of the Month is Emily.
The HP coaches were very impressed with Emily’s drive and resilience during the month of December. Emily handled adversity and challenge like a champion! Her ability to adapt to change and move forward with a positive attitude really stood out.
The HP coaches love the energy that Emily brings to training each day. Congrats Emily! Keep up the great work!
Our November Athlete of the Month for HP is Yvaine.
The coaches want to recognize Yvaine for her incredible dedication and work ethic. Due to her consistent effort, her execution has greatly improved, along with her mental game. She has achieved many personal bests and was also chosen by her peers as the athlete with best attention and focus this month.
Congratulations, Yvaine! We look forward to watching and supporting your continuous growth and achievements.
Our HP Athlete of the Month for October is Scarlett.
Scarlett is a member of our Youth HP team. Scarlett consistently gives 100% at everything she does, and her efforts are evident in her growth as an athlete. Scarlett is the first person in the pool at every practice, and she always volunteers to put equipment away at the end of practice.
The HP coaches are super proud of her hard work and dedication. Keep up the great work!
Our HP Athlete of the Month for September is Kaylie.
Kaylie is a member of our Youth HP team. Throughout September, Kaylie has exemplified many of the behaviours we look for in a high performer such as consistent effort, attention to instructions and details, willingness to make mistakes and try again. She trusts the long term plan for her development and has a positive attitude. She is a great teammate with strong focus and determination. On top of these qualities, Kaylie has greatly improved her height and swimming speed this month.
Great work, Kaylie. Keep it up!
Our HP Athlete of the Month for May is Asria.
Asria is a member of our Junior HP team. The HP coaches would like to recognize that Asria was an incredible teammate during Nationals in May. She showed sportsmanship and a great deal of support to her teammates throughout the week. Asria also showed a lot of determination leading to personal improvement in both her mental game and performance over the course of the competition.

Our HP Athlete of the Month for April is Kaylie.
Kaylie is a member of our Youth HP team. Coach Lola says that Kaylie has pushed really hard throughout the season. She consistently goes way outside her comfort zone and it shows.
Kaylie is mindful and engaged in every minute of practice, a great teammate and human being.
Her focus and work ethic has led to great improvements in all areas of our programming – keep up the great work Kaylie!
Our High Performance Athlete of the Month for March is Lilianna.
Lilianna is a member of our 12U HP team. Lilianna continues to impress the HP coaches with her work ethic, listening skills, and a constant desire to improve. She is the go-to counts & choreo person on her team, and has been a very valuable member of the 12U/Youth HP combo. Coach Rachel is incredibly proud of her efforts and dedication to her craft.
Our HP Athlete of the Month for February is Genevieve.
Genevieve is a member of our Youth team. The HP coaches are always very impressed with Genevieve – she leads by example and is always accountable. Genevieve takes responsibility for herself and her team. She is a positive teammate and consistently works hard. She has been pushing herself out of her comfort zone and the coaches are noticing.
We are looking forward to seeing her effort pay off at the upcoming national qualifiers.

Our HP Athlete of the Month for January is Chris.
Chris is a member of our Junior team. Chris demonstrates the values of respect, kindness, and teamwork daily. He is coachable and consistent with his training. The HP coaches say that Chris exemplifies what it means to be a good alternate – he jumped in without hesitation at the last minute to be a “flyer” and swim a new spot in pattern at our most recent meet.
